So, if we trim the fat and stop sending emails to unresponsive contacts will our inboxing improve with existing subscribers or only with new subscribers?
Basically, if we improve engagement by getting rid of the deadwood, will that improve our overall deliverabilty?
Hey Kevin. Nowadays, it isn’t as important for “some” providers. But Dennis Dayman still says it’s good to at least find out who are your non responders are and not blast them all the time. If you just get rid of them, you could be throwing a ton of money away.
